We Asked, You Answered.

Thank you for taking the time and interest to let us at
 WorkplaceXpert
know what you are planning for the coming year, as well as the topics you are interested in learning more about. As you know, and because we want to involve you in what we are doing as much as possible, we thought we would share with you our findings.

In the August issue of
 WorkplaceXpert
, we invited readers to take a brief survey. The online survey was conducted for ten days, yielding some very interesting results. We sought reader feedback in several areas: Readership, Training Initiatives and Information Needs.

We will use this information to help direct the types of articles we choose to publish in each issue. We provide actionable information for professionals - the best of class in the business press, as well as original articles and news items. Our resource buttons appear on the right hand side of each page of the newsletter, providing regularly updated information, resources and event calendars.

HIGHLIGHTS

Obviously, you want it all. The topics and types of information you read and want to see in future issues are varied. All of the topics are important to readers. Still, some are more important than others. Below are listed the types of articles in
 WorkplaceXpert
, along with the percentage they are read.

We then asked what training initiatives you had planned for the coming year. To help direct us, we asked the topics of interest to readers. The scale we used was Very Interested, Somewhat interested, Not interested at all.

The results are a bit difficult to interpret, as the scores indicated a strong interest for all the topics. Consequently, we took that as a strong hint that indeed all the topics are important, so we will do our best to deliver a broad variety of articles.

Training needs to pay-off and be effective and measurable. This message came through loud and clear, as they received the two highest scores.
